In the school system, there are many leaders. Schools teachers, students, principals, and school officials. Everyone one of these people have the ability to be an excellent leader within the school system. However, the school functions as a pyramid, when it comes to how the system works, the leadership within the school system. Leadership is based on the results, so if the results are negative, he will think about others. The examples set up the way of showing good leadership qualities. For example, we can the vision of children and behavior of student leaders to see how these people will think about you.
The primary choice for students. A student can be a leader, if he or she wants to claim the effort. To be a student leader, you must be able to attend school, policies and procedures, following the rules. A student leader must try his best at whatever he or she did, and last but not least, the student must set positive examples for other students. If you are a good student, then you are able to help you grow as a leader, and to help the teachers in your growth as leaders.
As a teacher, you depend on your students to make you beautiful. If your students to make good grades, you get a good report. That is why it is important that you stand behind your students, in every sense, at least, that hurt. Being a good leader as a teacher means you have to set an example for your students to follow, while avoiding involvement in something you do not want students to participate, in other words, your actions and words in a positive light. If you are successful as a teacher then not only you and your students as leaders seem good, the primary school as well as a leader.
In principle, you have a little more difficult work that teachers do, because you have to punish the children in your school, if they act in any way. It is important that you remember that they are just children and that students will make mistakes. Yet at the same time as a key leader and you need to know how to punish the students properly without causing children to feel threatened. The better way is to make students and ask them for a number of issues, such as.
1) What will result of your behavior? 2) What made you act this way? 3) What do you think your punishment should be? 4) Will you do it again?
Once you've set up a response to each of these questions, then you must make your decision on how you are going to punish the student (s). Principals will follow the guidelines of the discipline, making good decisions based on wisdom. I have listed below.
1) Think about what the student did. 2) Think about why the student acted in a way that interrupted the class. 3) Consider the sentence for the offense. 4) Make sure if you think that the student has not learned its lesson, you enforce a sentence heavier than the child said he or she has learned their lesson.
