Acting as a parent is one of the most difficult tasks in the world. As parents, we are responsible for our children behavior, education, health, life, and the list does not stop ongoing. Parents are responsible for setting up models, in which children can follow. Children, parents like no other person in the world. Children are often in life, saying: "When I grow up I want to be like mom or dad.
As a child, you feel the warmth in your heart. That statement alone should encourage you to realize the importance of leadership qualities and the achievement of these qualities, what you want to give good examples. Remember to be a parent is one of the most difficult jobs in the world. Therefore I will give you some tips to think about on your journey through parenthood.
Tips Favoritism is a bad example and lead to hatred, envy, resentment, and so on. Children, too, and they expect to be treated the same way.
Although this May be difficult to do, you'll thank me in the future. As your children grow to enable them to grow up knowing that your love is shared between all not only one of them. If you have only one child, however, this May to go a little different because you have only one child to spoil. However, if you have more than one child, you can participate in activities for all children as a family, such as sports and recreation. You need to let children know that you love to do stuff with them. Another way you can prove that you do not like is to know when one of your children in difficult circumstances to do something and then another turn around and do the same thing, so the children should enjoy the same discipline. You should not punish one without punishing the other children.
Tip Two: Do not act as if you are better than your children. In saying this, I tell you not to criticize them for things that do, you know you've done yourself as a child. You know how to say "you reap what you sow." When your children make mistakes, you should give them advice, to punish him accordingly, and tell them they need to learn from their mistakes as well as yours. Do not lock them in the real world, if you do then when they grow older, children rebel against you. Children will make mistakes, it's up to you to be a model for them and help them learn from their mistakes.
Tip three: Do not keep secrets from your children. If there are problems between you and your spouse, you should tell your children together. However, it is wise to avoid saying in front of the children. The reason why I propose, because if you do not have their say and then it does not work, you'll be the one who accuses the other hand, it can turn around, and they have on themselves guilty in May instead. Another thing you May not want to hide your children are your habits. You'll find that if you do something you tell your children not to do and they know that your child will be in your back and do it regardless of what you say because they can say: "Well, you do it, why can 't I ". It's up to you as parents to set the rules of your home.
Being a parent is difficult, but you can still learn from how to achieve parenting leadership qualities and in the process, you learn to release the leader in you. Leadership qualities through learning parenting can also help you to work in so far as handling your boss or other employees. |
